This directory contains a cumulative index (CUM_INDX.TAB) which contains
an index of all files in the ODR volume series (PV04_xxxx) and a local index
(INDEX.TAB) which points to every file on this volume. The file is an ascii
table whose columns are comma separated which should facilitate loading into
most spreadsheet or database programs. The index files are accompanied by a
label and format file.
