The SPRTHRML directory is divided into three subdirectories.  These directories
(ION_LOC, ION_MAX, and SUPEROXY) contain the respective ion location, ion
max, and superthermal oxygen data for orbits 1-5055.

Data are organized into one file containing all orbits which follow the naming
convention XXX.TAB, where XXX is the type of data.  In addition, for each data
file there is a label file which describes the file characteristics, such as
number of records, record length, etc. called XXX.LBL and a format file
associated with it called XXX.FMT.
