INTRODUCTION                                                                  
                                                                              
The EXTRAS directory contains files which facilitate the use of the           
data on the disk, but which are not actually required for the use or          
understanding of those data.  The main files in the EXTRAS directory          
are HTML documents which can be viewed with a Web browser and used to         
navigate the disk via links.  Also in this directory is the document          
BEGINNERS_GUIDE.TXT, which introduces new users to the use of this            
disk.  BEGINNERS_GUIDE.TXT is in ASCII format and can be read with            
ordinary text editors, word processors, and Web browsers.
