This directory contains ODR data files and PDS labels which describe them.
The ODR files have had the 32-byte SFDU stripped off leaving fixed record
length data. The file RS11_10A.TXT is an ASCII text version of the DSN System
Requirement Document that describe the structure and content of the ODR files.
In the DOCUMENT directory off the root of the CD, there is a scanned copy of
the original rsc11-10a document stored as TIFF images of the pages of the
text.

MGN0971 93362433 There was an error before the End of File.  A change in sample rate
                 was detected, before the change the Year was given as 1939, and the 
                 spacecraft as '53.'  After the change in rate they were given as  
                 1943 and `86` respectively. We will attempt to read this tape at a
                 later time. This was tape 4 of 5. 
MGN0972 22140920 An error occured before the end of file, but it was able to output a
                 file.  We will attempt to read this tape again at a later date, and
                 narrow down the problem.

The file ZZINPUT.PDS is a PDS CDROM production file and is not a part of the
data set.
