This directory contains ODR data files and PDS labels which describe them.
The ODR files have had the 32-byte SFDU stripped off leaving fixed record
length data. The file RS11_10A.TXT is an ASCII text version of the DSN System
Requirement Document that describe the structure and content of the ODR files.
In the DOCUMENT directory off the root of the CD, there is a scanned copy of
the original rsc11-10a document stored as TIFF images of the pages of the
text.

                 year being set to 1939 and the Spacecraft ID being set to 77.
MGN0595 2170222A MGN0594 and MGN0595 have the same name (21702224). Therefore,
                 MGN0595 was given the name 2170222A.
