      The INDEX directory contains an index for this CD-WO volume     
(INDEX.TAB).  Accompanying the INDEX.TAB file is a PDS label.         
                                                                      
      INDEX.TAB is an ASCII file.  Each line (or record) in      
the INDEX.TAB file contains information about a single data file.  
Each line is made up of 8 comma-delimited fixed-length fields.  
Fields contain character strings, which are enclosed by double quotes.          
                                                                      
      The INDEX.LBL label file describes the format and content of        
the INDEX.TAB file at the byte level.  Simply stated, the fields are:
                                                                      
              number of the UPLINK volume                               
              data set ID                                            
              directory name on the archive volume                    
              file name or PRODUCT_ID in the archive volume          
              start sclk date/time of the data in the file                 
              stop sclk date/time of the data in the file
