This disk contains several documents which describe the Galileo mission and spacecraft and various aspects of the Uplink data. These files are contained in subdirectories of the DOCUMENT directory of the disk.
Other documentation for the Galileo mission, spacecraft, instruments, and data can be found in the catalog files for the disk.
Each of the following documents exists in an ASCII text version (file extension .ASC). Each document also exist in a PDF version (file extension .PDF) and a PostScript version (file extension .PS), or in an HTML version (file extension .HTM). In the documents with PDF and PostScript versions, the ASCII versions may not display the document as adequately as the other versions and may lack illustrations which exist in the original document.
