Europa 6 encounter phase of the Galileo mission.

The descriptions will contain the name of the sequence, the sequence ID along 
with the start and stop times in UTC, SCLK times and any comments that may 
accompany the sequence.

First part of the baseline sequence ORPRO/E06APE contains the same information
as those in ORPRO/E06APD which E06A part 1 was based on.  It also contains all
time edits to the second part of the sequence.  OTM-20 was canceled.  DAC for
NIMS Gain State Change (MCT Log 97N035) was uplinked in E04C but executed in
E06A.

Tic count in the final condition from previous sequence, GLLASRUN*FINAL.FINCON-
SEF/E04C-ARF, was updated according to real-time readings (TRK 2, Tic 4269) to
generate initial condition for current sequence.  Segment 18 of PBT/E04PGP was
terminated at the beginning of this sequence, PBT/E06PGB was uplinked but will
not be played back till E06B.

The final As-Run Sequence Products are now available electronically on UNIG,
Donatello and GLLSVC.  This release package includes the following:

1.   Sequence Package Release Form

2.   File Release Form:   E06A-ARF    ORPRO,SSF,SEF,FINCON,DIAG

3.   PBT File Release:    PBT/E06PGB  (uplinked only)

generate initial condition for current sequence.  PBT COMMENT now includes not
only the activation and transmission time of those segments which were played
back in the current sequence, but also the transmission time for segments which
were uplinked but will not be played back until the subsequence sequence.

MCT Log 97E059 to reconfigure the Magnetomerter (MAG) instrument was uplinked in
response to ISA 10757, MAG data not updating.

The final As-Run Sequence Products are now available electronically on UNIG,
Donatello and GLLSVC.  This release package includes the following:

MCT Log 97E073, 97E074 and 97S081 were sent for anomaly investigation in
response to ISA 8465, NIMS detector #3 appeared to be noisy.  MCT Log 97E095
was sent to set RTS acquisition rate to GL7, but the performance of the second
command 6TMSED was delayed till after sequence G07A starts.

The final As-Run Sequence Products are now available electronically on UNIG,
Donatello and GLLSVC.  This release package includes the following:

1.   Sequence Package Release Form

2.   File Release Form:   E06C-ARF    ORPRO,SSF,SEF,FINCON,DIAG
