OTM-29 was canceled.  C09AJI part 1 (uplinked per 97Q200 and 97Q201) were
canceled per 97E207 in sequence G08B.  Sequence C09AJM was regenerated to
reduce the tape stick coefficient below 1.0 before it was uplinked (part 1 per
97Q210 and 97Q211, and part 2 per 97Q202 and 97Q203).  PSDT*SEQOUT.PBT/C09PHB
was uplinked here but played back in C09B.

The final As-Run Sequence Products are now available electronically on UNIG,
Donatello and GLLSVC.  This release package includes the following:

97E236 and 97E237 were uplinked to investigate ISA 10797, RTS packets stopped
unexpectedly.  97E238 was radiated to change buffer full limit from 154 to 160
temporarily.  PSDT*SEQOUT.PBT/C09PHB, PBT/C09PHD and PBT/C09PHF contains 13
PBT segments, except segment 1 through 4 were uplinked in C09A and segment 13
will be played back in C09C, all other segments were uplinked and played back
in this sequence.

The final As-Run Sequence Products are now available electronically on UNIG,

The Final C09C As-Run SEF is ready and released.  There were two major
planned real time activities in C09C, the AACS and CDS INS Flight
Software patches.  The purpose of the patches was to automate onboard
the spacecraft the control of the despun bay heaters so as to protect
the CDS in Bay A from thermal cycles should the INS go off. There was an
additional CDS flight software patch to the RRCC code following an
anomaly (ISA 10797) which occurred during the second observation
recorded during cruise (C9NSFLTFLD01) in C09B.  Although normal playback
operations were restored in C09B with a temporary fix, this patch is a
permanent solution to the problem.  Finally, there was a DMS continuous
search anomaly during the playback of the 7th observation recorded
during cruise (RDC #7).  The final ENDSEG before RDC #7 had a timetag
which was in the future. Commands were sent to terminate playback,
reposition the DMS to playback some PPR data which had been lost
previously, and then reposition the tape for RDC #7.

This release package includes the following:

          ORPRO/C09CGN versus ORPRO/C09C-ARF showing added real-time cmds
3.      Post-Expansion Diagnostics
4.      As Run ORPRO
5.      As Run SEF

One hard copy of the SEQGEN output was created, but it will be sent to
