This directory contains the raw PLS data as it was provided to the instrument 
team by the project. The data are in a packetized telemetry format referred to
as instrument packet files (IPFs). The data files are all binary and have too 
complex a structure to describe by using PDS labels. There are several        
documents located in the subdirectories below the DOCUMENT/PROJECT level of   
this product which describe the internal structure of these files.
