These files contains 10 kHz PWS waveform data from the waveform analyzer. The file structure is somewhat complex. The data file has a fixed length structure.

The first record is an ASCII header in a KEYWORD = VALUE construct similar to a PDS label. There is no information in that label that is not contained within the PDS label.

The second record contains a binary header which describes the file and some of the data acquisition parameters. This header is described in machine readable terms by the file EDRHDR_XXXX.FMT.

The remaining records contain the data. Each data record has a 30 byte header (prefix) followed by n (n=1 or 10) groups of 864 waveform samples. The time between samples within a group is 0.00003968 seconds. The time between groups of samples is 1 RTI (0.06666 seconds). The contents of the data record header is described by the files ROWPFX.FMT.

File names are taken from the SCLK RIM and SCLK MOD91 of when the file starts. One example is "80KHZ_0389146349.DAT" for the file beginning at SCLK 03891463:49.
