This directory contains Galileo MAG RTS and optimal averager (opt/avg) data.  
Data are provided in four coordinate systems: Spacecraft (IRC), System III    
[1965] (SYS3), Jupiter Solar Equatorial (JSE), and Jupiter Solar Magnetic     
(JSM).                                                                        
                                                                              
Most files are named according to the convention 'ORBxx_yyyy', where xx =     
the orbit number, and yyyy indicates the coordinate system. There are a few   
exceptions this naming convention which apply to data prior to Jupiter        
Orbital Insertion (JOI). The files following the convention of 'JUP_APP_yyyy' 
are from the Jupiter Approach mission phase. The files named 'ORB00_IO_yyyy'  
are opt/avg data from the I0 flyby. Files named 'ORB00_JUP_CA' are from the   
initial closest approach to Jupiter. Files with the '.TAB' extention are      
ASCII data files. The '.LBL' files are PDS label files which describe the     
contents and format of the accompanying .TAB files.
