The C language code provided in the files pwslist.c, pwscal.h, and pwscal.c   
may be compiled and used with the calibration tables in pwslrcal.tab to       
generate ASCII calibrated spectral listings given the Galileo PWS LRS         
full resolution ("safull") archive files as input.  See the file safull.fmt   
for a description of these archive files.  This document describes the        
output of the pwslist program and could be included in a PDS label to         
describe a file of the output.  The PDS label could describe such a file      
as either a TABLE or SPECTRUM.                                                
                                                                              
In the descriptions below, 'interval' refers to the sampling interval over    
which the spectrum was accumulated.  This is always a 28 minor-frame          
instrument cycle which corresponds to 28 mod91 counts of the spacecraft       
clock, or 18 2/3 seconds.                                                     
                                                                              
In each record, missing or invalid spectral density data are set to zero.     
                                                                              
Precise center frequencies for each channel are given in the column           
descriptions, however the following generating functions give good            
approximations for those frequencies:
