The following description has been adapted from the volume SIS

This directory contains the actual data products produced by the INMS team.   
There is a separate subdirectory for each day. The daily subdirectories are   
grouped by year into yearly directories. The yearly directories are named for 
the year, 2004, 2005, and so forth. The daily subdirectories are named with   
the ordinal day-of-year, 001, 002,...366. There may be more than one L1A data 
file in each subdirectory, depending on what events take place on a given day.
                                                                              
The files are named in accordance with the                                    
following convention:

   where    yyyydddhh = Start date of file (yyyy = Year, ddd = Day of Year,   
                        and hh = Hour of Day)
