Please check this website again in early August for more parking information. According to current plans, when you park at Lot 2 you will give the event name, not your own name, to gain admission to the parking structure.

Road conditions and accessibility may change, so please use these directions with due caution.

 
LAX to UCLA:

Century Blvd East
     Exit the airport on Century Blvd heading East
     Proceed ~2 miles to the 405 Freeway
     Pass under the freeway and get on the 405 heading North (right lane)
405 North
     Follow the 405 North for about 9 miles (pass the 90 and 10 freeways)
Exit Wilshire Blvd East
     Take Wilshire Blvd East for about 1/4 mile
     (Some hotels are on Wilshire, a little past Westwood)
Left on Westwood Blvd
     Stay in rightmost of 2 left turn lanes
Right on Lindbrook
     Immediate right on Lindbrook (1/2 block)
     Follow bend in Lindbrook to the left (shortly after 1st light)
     Name changes to Hilgard after the bend
          Hilgard House on right after next light
     Proceed up the hill

If coming to Slichter Hall,
     Left on Westholme, and immediate right into parking kiosk.
     Ask for parking in Lot 2
     Park and cross street, entering into either Geology or Young Hall
     Take elevator to 3rd floor, head to 3853 Slichter Hall.

If heading to the UCLA Guest House
     Left on Wyton
     Right (immediate) on Campus Dr.
     Right (immediate) into Guest House parking lot
 
 

JPL to UCLA — Various Routes:

First Route:

take 2 West to the 5 South to the 110 South to the 10 West to the 405 North
Exit Wilshire Blvd East
Left on Westwood Blvd
Right immediately on Lindbrook
After 1st light, loop to the left - becomes Hilgard Ave
Left on Westholme Ave (2nd light after looping left)
Immediate right into parking kiosk
Ask for parking in Lot 2

Second Route:

Take the 134 West to the 101 West to the 405 South
Exit at Sunset Blvd
Left at and of off ramp
Left on Sunset Blvd
Right on Hilgard Ave (about 2 miles) from freeway
Right on Westholme Ave (2nd light after looping left)
Immediate right into parking kiosk
Ask for parking in Lot 2

Canyon routes for the courageous:

Take the 134 West to the 101 West
Exit at Coldwater Canyon
Left on Coldwater Canyon (take over the mountains to Sunset)
Right on Sunset Blvd
Left of Hilgard Ave (a few miles)
Right on Westholme Ave (2nd light after looping left)
Immediate right into parking kiosk
Ask for parking in Lot 2

     or

Take the 134 West to the 101 West
Exit at Woodman Ave
Left on Woodman Ave
Right on Moorpark St (2nd or 3rd light)
Left on Beverly Glen Blvd (take over the mountains to Sunset)
Right on Sunset Blvd
Left of Hilgard Ave (~2 traffic lights)
Right on Westholme Ave (2nd light after looping left)
Immediate right into parking kiosk
Ask for parking in Lot 2

After parking in Lot 2:
Park and cross street, entering into either Geology or Young Hall
Take elevator to 3rd floor, head to 3853 Slichter Hall.
