PDS Management Council Meeting

Location

3853 Slichter Hall at UCLA

Get your parking permits from the information kiosk at the Westholme Ave campus entrance. Park in lot#2, cross Charles Young Drive and enter the bulding through either Geology or Young Hall. Following the signs, take the elevator to the 3rd floor. Continue following the signs to 3853 Slichter Hall.

Driving & Parking

Rather than arrange individual parking for this meeting, we are planning on having "event" parking. In order to park on campus, you must first go a parking kiosk and get your permit and entry key. Tell the folks at the kiosk that you need to park in Lot #2 and are attending the PDS Management Council, and they will give you a daily permit. You must get a new permit each day.

There will be wireless in the conference room and plenty of power outlets.

Everyone should have their presentations available on a memory stick. We will try and post them to this site (see Agenda) during the meeting. Later all of the material will be relocated to the PDS MC site. Advance copies of presentations are greatly appreciated.
